Before You Install

- Please log out of the app on all old devices before setting up new devices.
- For the smoothest experience, start with ONN 4K, NVIDIA Shield, Google TV, or another compatible Android-based device.
Install by Device
Amazon Fire Stick / Fire TV
Fire Stick / Fire TV is no longer a supported setup method. We do not recommend using Fire devices for new installs. For the best experience, switch to an ONN 4K, Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, or another supported Android-based device instead.
ONN 4K / Google TV / Android Box
This is the recommended setup method. On ONN 4K, Google TV, and other supported Android-based devices, open the Google Play Store, search for Techno Media Player, install it, and sign in with your service credentials. If you are moving away from Fire Stick, this is the clearest and most reliable path.

NVIDIA Shield
If you want the premium experience, NVIDIA Shield is one of the best-supported options. Install Techno Media Player from Google Play and sign in with your service credentials.
Samsung Smart TV
Open Samsung TV Apps, search for Techno Media Player, install it, and sign in with your CSTV credentials.
Phones & Tablets
iPhone, iPad, and Android devices can use the supported app-store versions of Techno Media Player.
Computer (Mac / PC)
Use the web player directly from your browser.
Helpful Setup Notes
- If one device or app acts up, try another supported device before assuming your account is bad.
- Restarting the device and reopening the app often clears temporary loading issues.
- If the app asks for an adult lock code, use 0000.
- Keep your service login details exactly as provided when signing in.
