I checked your account and service access on our side. Your account is active and paid/current, so this looks like a playback/device issue instead of a billing or account-expired issue.
The first thing I recommend is getting you on the cleanest app setup:
- Restart your streaming device and internet router.
- If you are using a Firestick, uninstall the current app.
- Open the Firestick App Store.
- Search for Techno Media Player.
- Install Techno Media Player and log in with your same credentials.

If your Firestick is older or still gives you buffering after the app reinstall, our strongest recommendation is switching to the ONN 4K streaming device. It usually gives a smoother experience for this service than older Firesticks.
